All packages have a 6 month expiration, unless it is a Special which is 5 months
There are NO Refunds for any reason
3 month and 1 year unlimited packages must be consecutive months
Packages will NOT be extended unless there is a medical note from your doctor
New Client Special is ONLY for new clients who have never practiced with us.
